We therefore focus our time on making sure the African Bee is thriving in the most pristine African biospheres to produce what few other beekeepers are able to achieve in very limited quantities. Our honey is award winning and packed with the natural goodness that the world's scientists are only now starting to discover.

1. Terms

   By accessing the website at https://aferhoney.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

   1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on āFER Honey website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

   This website is run by ADDaBIT Pty Ltd a private company registered in South Africa trading as AFER Honey and with registration number 2014/027019/07 with Michael Griffin as the Director.

   The contents of the Website, including any material, information, data, software, icons, text, graphics, lay-outs, images, sound clips, advertisements, video clips, trade names, logos, trade-marks, designs and service marks which are displayed on or incorporated in this Website are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright and trade mark law. The Website Content is the property of ADDaBIT Pty Ltd.

   1. You will not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the Website or the Website Content.

10. Payment for your subscriptions

    Payment options accepted

    Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.

    Credit/Debit card acquiring and security

    Card transactions will be acquired for ĀFER Honey a division of ADDaBIT (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

    Customer details stored separately from card details

    Customer details are stored by ĀFER Honey separately from card details which are entered by the user on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

    Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is United States Dollar (USD).

Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for your Subscription of āFER Honey .

These Terms are between you and āFER Honey and/or its affiliates ("āFER Honey .com", "we" or "us"), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and āFER Honey .com relating to your Subscription of Limited Edition āFER Honey. Please note that your use of the āFER Honey .com website is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the āFER Honey .com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing a Subscription order on āFER Honey .com, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

1. Benefits

   Your subscription to āFER Honey affords you a special opportunity to be one of a very few individuals in the world to enjoy the best wild honey the world has to offer. It is only through a subscription that you can secure your limited edition supply of honey perfectly nurtured by nature and produced by the original honey bee in a biosphere that does not have any pesticides and offers the most pristine water for the bees to produce honey like no other.

   Some of the subscription details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability and shipping charges).

   Until you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew after the initial subscription term has been fulfilled. Your subscription will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel your subscription any time post the delivery of your first subscription via the Subscribe page, which can be found once logged into https://aferhoney.com.

2. Payment and Renewal

   The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscription order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax.

   The charge for each Subscription will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscription with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the new payment method for your Subscription.

3. Agreement Changes

   We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the aferhoney.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST PLEASE CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Delivery/Shipping Terms and Conditions

āFER Honey ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://aferhoney.com) ("Website"). By placing an order via a subscription through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on your Honey Subscription service.

1. General

   Our āFER Honey is very unique and only available in small limited quantities due to the biospheres surrounding our hives. Our absolute passion for the world's best honey drives our dedication to harvest your honey and get your very own limited edition bottle delivered to your dining table within 27 days of harvesting the hive.

   All orders get priority however we need to make sure we are able to meet all our customers needs and do so by allocating harvested honey to the 12 month subscriptions working our way down to the once off subscription orders.

   Our billing works in such a way that once you have been billed you will get your honey in the next 60 days.

2. Shipping Costs

   Free shipping is applied to all our orders.

   When ordering from https://aferhoney.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

3. Import Regulations

   The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates. We make use of DHL and UPS to get our express deliveries delivered to your door as soon as possible.

4. Returns

   We have never had a bottle of honey returned because our honey is exceptional. However, should you feel that your limited edition bottle is not as you had expected for any reason, we would love to hear from you and will gladly refund the subscription amount and cancel your future subscriptions. We will arrange for one of our representatives to collect the limited edition bottle of āFER Honey and process your refund to your bank card within 48 hours of receipt of the āFER Honey. There are no admin fees related to your refund.

5. Delivery Terms

   All of our shipments are sent via express courier, thus helping us achieve our 27 day Harvest to Dining Table promise.

   You will be notified of your Limited Edition Honey being harvested and once it has been bottled and shipped to you with a tracking number to keep an eye on your delivery.

   Change Of Delivery Address can be done at any time before delivery.

   We do not do PO Box deliveries.

   Tracking Notifications - Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

   Parcels Damaged In Transit -This is a very sad occurrence for all of us and we go to great measures to make sure that your order is packaged to provide the best possible care. However should your parcel be damaged in-transit please take a couple of photos of the damaged packaging and limited edition bottle and email them to us. We will rectify the situation as quickly as we possibly can by dispatching your replacement order with the next available harvest.

6. Duties & Taxes

   1. Sales Tax

      Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

   2. Import Duties & Taxes

      All taxes and duties are included in your subscription price.

7. Cancellations

   All subscriptions can only be canceled after the delivery of your first Limited Edition bottle of āFER Honey.

8. Insurance

   All our parcels are insured for loss and damage to the value that you paid for your Subscription.

   Should your parcel be damaged in-transit we will process a replacement shipment as soon as we receive the images of the damaged parcel.

   Should your parcel be lost in-transit and the courier has confirmed that they are not able to locate your parcel we will dispatch a replacement shipment from our very next harvest.
